DESCRIPTION

New temporary position available as interim Assistant Director of Residence Life. Responsibilities include but are not limited to supervision of student staff, supporting the residential community with mediations and resource sharing, and administrative tasks (facilitating conduct meetings, supporting student staff programs, working at the front desk, and helping with campus-related projects). Additionally, will attend and facilitate weekly Residence Life meetings Tuesday evenings from 7:00 PM - 9:30 PM.

Anticipated Duration: 3 months

Compensation: Pay: $21.55 - $22.99 / hour, including paid holidays and vacation/sick leave. Full-medical insurance also available.

Location: this position will have a hybrid work schedule (on-site at La Jolla campus and remote).

Work schedule: Mon - Fri; 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM.

QUALIFICATIONS

* Master's degree in college student personnel, higher education, counseling, psychology, or related field is preferred.

* Experience working with diverse populations.

* Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
