This is a contract position with the possibility of extension/career conversion.
This position will work a hybrid schedule which includes a combination of working both onsite at Towne Centre Drive and remote.
This position will remain open until filled.
Position to support Epic HB coding, release of information, deficiency tracking, master patient index integrity support and supporting HIM systems like OnBase and 3M .
Seven (7) years of related experience, education/training, OR a Bachelor’s degree in related area plus three (3) years of related experience/training.
Must obtain certification in primary EMR module(s) within four (4) months of initial hire.
Must maintain current certification for primary EMR module(s) as a condition of employment.
Experience and proven success in information systems implementation, development andsupport within a large-scale healthcare organization.
Demonstrated experience as a major participant in a EMR configuration.
Epic certifications in Deficiency Tracking, Release of Information, HB Coding/Coding & Abstracting, Identity.
System admin certificates in OnBase and 3M.
Must be able to work various hours and locations based on business needs.
Employment is subject to a criminal background check and pre-employment physical.
Pay Transparency Act
Annual Full Pay Range: $91,300 - $170,700 (will be prorated if the appointment percentage is less than 100%)
Hourly Equivalent: $43.73 - $81.75
Factors in determining the appropriate compensation for a role include experience, skills, knowledge, abilities, education, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. The Hiring Pay Scale referenced in the job posting is the budgeted salary or hourly range that the University reasonably expects to pay for this position. The Annual Full Pay Range may be broader than what the University anticipates to pay for this position, based on internal equity, budget, and collective bargaining agreements (when applicable).
