DESCRIPTION

The Workplace Technology Services (WTS) provides campus wide services to faculty, staff and students. Primary services include Web Content and Case Management, Service Desk, Field Support, Business Intelligence & Analytics, Email & Messaging, Service Operations & Improvement, Endpoint & Software Asset Management, and Enterprise Document Management.

The Document and Case Management team is responsible for providing world class service through ongoing maintenance and development of systems and tools supporting case, document, and project management, collaboration, workflow, e-signature, and other processes and functions. This team will configure and support new and existing features for ITS, partners, and customers.

The Document Management Configuration Administrator will work on the team responsible for enterprise document management for the campus, primarily provided through Hyland OnBase. This product is the campus electronic document management system responsible for long-term organization and retention of files and records for a large variety of campus processes and needs.

  • Serves as a developer and administrator for a large and growing implementation of Hyland OnBase, an enterprise document management system housing millions of documents essential to the operation of the university.
  • The incumbent will be responsible for development and integration of OnBase Enterprise Document Management System (EDMS) as part of the suite of ITS Enterprise System tools.
  • In partnership with technical lead, responsible for administration of OnBase and other supported systems including document and user security configuration.
  • This position is responsible for managing, maintaining, integrating, enhancing and supporting the delivery of a complex, highly integrated enterprise document management system supporting many, wide-ranging, document-driven business-processes at the university.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree in related area and / or equivalent experience / training.
  • Minimum 3 years of Hyland OnBase experience required.
  • OnBase Certified Systems Administrator (required)
  • OnBase Certified Workflow Administrator (required)
  • Experience with OnBase development and workflow design and engineering. OnBase administrative knowledge to meet business requirements. Advanced document management, data controls, and electronic forms management knowledge. Experience creating and configuring APIs within the OnBase environment. Demonstrated ability to learn and quickly understand complex processes and procedures.
  • Working knowledge of document management systems and standards. Advanced reporting, querying, and modeling skills working with moderately complex data. Knowledge relating to data system design and document management system integration.
  • Demonstrated comprehensive understanding of how system management actions affect other systems, system users and dependent / related functions. Experience in data integration and the specification of data services. Ability to understand and model complex knowledge-intensive processes such as scholarly and research processes.
  • OnBase Certified API Developer (preferred)

SPECIAL CONDITIONS

Job offer is contingent upon satisfactory clearance based on background check results.Employee must be available to work evenings and weekends.Employee must be available to travel as required.

Pay Transparency Act

Annual Full Pay Range: $101,200 - $192,200 (will be prorated if the appointment percentage is less than 100%)

Hourly Equivalent: $48.47 - $92.05

Factors in determining the appropriate compensation for a role include experience, skills, knowledge, abilities, education, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. The Hiring Pay Scale referenced in the job posting is the budgeted salary or hourly range that the University reasonably expects to pay for this position. The Annual Full Pay Range may be broader than what the University anticipates to pay for this position, based on internal equity, budget, and collective bargaining agreements (when applicable).
