Incumbent serves as the Client Experience Specialist within Integrated Procure-to-Pay Solutions (IPPS) -- a multi-divisional unit of Business and Financial Services (BFS). This position applies professional concepts to conduct analytical studies or projects of moderate scope and complexity to address a variety of policy, research and procedural issues, especially in support of new and changing systems. This position fully analyzes issues and problems, gathers data and information, finds and evaluates alternatives and makes sound recommendations both internally and to clients. This position is expected to be fully remote initially and subject to change based on leadership determination in alignment with University guidance on flexible work arrangement policies and protocol.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree in related area and / or equivalent experience / training.

  • Proven interpersonal skills, analytical skills, and written communication skills.

  • Proficient in Microsoft software applications Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Outlook. Experience with client relationship management software (e.g. Salesforce, ServiceNow); tech-savvy and quick to learn new programs.

  • Working knowledge of applicable policy analysis techniques. Ability to examine and question policies, processes, and procedures in order to gain a stronger understanding of, as well as to offer recommendations for improvements to such items/issues.

  • Demonstrates competency and commitment to equity, diversity, and inclusion.

Preferred

  • Bachelor's degree with a major in business administration, economics, or a similar field and two (2) years experience in a professional working environment with similar functions relating to client support; or an equivalent combination of education and experience
