The Clinical Social Worker will provide mental health and behavioral health counseling, consultation and advocacy for on-site mental health in primary care clinics. Responsible for coordinating clinical staff and therapists' workflow, as well as coordinating interviewing and training of collaborative care staff in integrated behavioral health settings. Participates in management meetings focused on all program operations and support new program development.
A Master's Degree from an accredited school of social work; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) - issued by the state of California.
A minimum of three (3) years post MSW experience.
Knowledge and abilities essential to the successful performance of the duties assigned to the position.
- Must be able to work various hours and locations based on business needs.
- Employment is subject to a criminal background check and pre-employment physical.
Job offer is contingent on successful engagement in the UC COVID-19 Vaccination program (fully vaccinated with documented proof or approved exception/deferral).
