This position will remain open until filled.
Provides analytical support for complex financial, budget, resource allocation, and risk analysis projects. Gathers information, analyzes, prepares and summarizes reports and recommendations for financial initiatives and strategies, including revenue and expense analysis, trend forecasting, and contract modeling. Provides department support in the areas of business process analysis and design, system or procedure testing and implementation, documentation, and process workflows. Requires extensive knowledge of databases, including data structures, SQL, and reporting tools such as Tableau.
Seven (7) years of related experience, education/training, OR a Bachelor’s degree in related area plus three (3) years of related experience/training.
Experience and proven success with thorough knowledge in finance policies, practices, and systems.
Experience in healthcare, finance, and data analysis.
SQL Server, Excel, and Tableau experience.
Knowledge of Medicare and healthcare reimbursement.
- Must be able to work various hours and locations based on business needs.
