Provide reception and administrative support to the Security Services Director and Department. Performs a variety of reception and administrative duties to include but not limited to: process photo identification badges; answer, screen, and direct telephone calls; type correspondence using word processing software; establish and maintain accurate filing system; handle all incoming and outgoing mail; process key requests; process purchase orders (390's); process Attending Physician permits; provide support for departmental timekeeping/payroll functions; provide badging support to special projects team; provide administrative support to departmental incident reporting system, creates statistical data reports from the incident reporting system. Job standards are to be performed at a PROFICIENT level.
High School Diploma/GED.
Familiarity with creating Power Point presentations, Excel spreadsheets, and drafting general memos.
Experience running incident/statistical reports.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and word processing skills is a must.
Must be able to multi-task and work in a fast pace environment.
Excellent customer service skills required.
- Administrative experience within a Security department.
- Some college education.
- Experience in a healthcare setting.
- Experience with badging/access control systems.
- Must be able to work various hours and locations based on business needs.
- Must maintain confidentiality at all times.
- Employment is subject to a criminal background check and pre-employment physical.
