Under the supervision of the Practice Manager, the Patient Service Representative Lead primarily oversees and provides leadership and training for all front end duties such as reception, call center, referral and authorizations and other advanced administrative duties such as templates, office purchases, coaching, etc. The Patient Service Representative Lead hasoversight over junior counterparts. The Patient Service Representative Lead serves as a resource for the entire department. With the guidance of the Clinic Manager, the Patient Service Representative Lead initiates and participates in improvement efforts which directly impact the practice. Performs other related duties as assigned.
Minimum of three (3) years previous related experience; skills, and extensive knowledgeof practices, including one (1) year supervisory experience in a large complex healthcare setting.
Knowledge of computer programs to include Excel, PowerPoint, Graphs, Word, etc.
Possess the skills, and extensive knowledge of practices in Ambulatory setting.
Administrative lead; and front office administration.
- Ten (10) years of HA3 experience with at least five (5) years in a Radiology Department.
- Advanced knowledge of UCSD Mammography program and protocols.
- Able to flex work hours, including overtime, weekends, and holidays if required for businessneeds.
- Must be able to work various hours and locations based on business needs.
- Employment is subject to a criminal background check and pre-employment physical.

If applicable, life-support certifications (BLS, NRP, ACLS, etc.) must include hands-on practice and in-person skills assessment; online-only certification is not acceptable.
