This position will work a hybrid schedule which includes a combination of working both onsite at Towne Centre Drive and remote.

DESCRIPTION
Willow Application Analyst will be responsible to implement, build, maintain and optimize Epic EMR system with a focus on Willow Inpatient and Willow Inventory. Willow Application Analyst must have knowledge of the Epic EMR software, operations and workflow, and work closely with the project team's clinical leaders to translate business needs into EMR functionality.
The Willow Application Analyst is expected to have Epic knowledge and build expertise in Willow and preferably Willow Inventory. Willow Application Analyst is expected to be able to work with clinicians to translate workflows to Epic functionality, identify gaps, provide mutually agreeable solutions to close workflow gaps. Involves design, building, testing, and implementation of clinical application systems.
The Willow Application Analyst provides support to clinical users through knowledge of clinical processes, documentation needs, workflows, and clinical practice standards, when adapting software to meet their needs. Works with pharmacy operations leaders to create or adapt Epic functionality to meet operation workflows. Prepares detailed specs encompassing clinical processes, information flow, risk and impact analysis. May provide customer service, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Required to be certified in an assigned EMR vendor's product/module within the first six (6) months of employment.
Must satisfy all vendor testing requirements to be certified without needing to attend vendor's training a second time for the same class.
Seven (7) years of related experience, education/training as an IS analyst and/or work experience in inpatient pharmacy operations, OR a Bachelor’s degree in related area plus three (3) years of related experience/training as an IS analyst and/or work experience in inpatient pharmacy operations.
Demonstrated ability to provide expert consultative guidance and direction on change initiatives affecting clinical care processes.
Experience and proven success in information systems implementation, development and support within a large-scale healthcare organization.
Proven ability in workflow and data analysis and design techniques, including needs assessment, specification development, quantitative methods, planning and gap analysis.
Ability to plan and organize day-to-day activities along with short and long-term projects; in-depth knowledge of organizational and project planning processes and ability to produce and maintain high quality planning documents.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Dedicated team player with strong interpersonal skills.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
EPIC Willow Certification.
Experience as a major participant in a clinical system implementation.
SPECIAL CONDITIONS

Pay Transparency Act
Annual Full Pay Range: $71,000 - $160,000 (will be prorated if the appointment percentage is less than 100%)
Hourly Equivalent: $34.00 - $76.63
Factors in determining the appropriate compensation for a role include experience, skills, knowledge, abilities, education, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. The Hiring Pay Scale referenced in the job posting is the budgeted salary or hourly range that the University reasonably expects to pay for this position. The Annual Full Pay Range may be broader than what the University anticipates to pay for this position, based on internal equity, budget, and collective bargaining agreements (when applicable).
