This position reports to the Sr. Financial Analyst & Recharge Operations Supervisor of the Finance team in ITS. The primary focus of the position is to support the cellular management program through processing orders, making updates to existing lines, looking into and resolving customer inquiries, etc. In addition, the incumbent will be responsible for analysis and monthly financial reconciliations, in addition to financial tracking and projections.


  • Responsible for servicing, processing and tracking of cell phone service requests which also includes monthly billing extraction, reconciliation, upload and payments.
  • Liaises with cell phone providers to ensure that customer needs are met and ensuring that issues are resolved in a timely manner.
  • Provides short and long range projections and recommendations to management.
  • Responsible for the processing, servicing and analyzing of budgetary and financial transactions and services which include but are not limited to the renewal of software and hardware support agreements, liaising with suppliers for quotes, reviewing specifications and negotiating pricing, obtaining approvals from managers and key personnel to create requisitions and purchase orders, ensuring proper invoicing and timely payment, and tracking of all maintenance renewals.
  • Tracks and provides statistical data for budgetary and reporting needs.
  • Provides support to team for financial transactions and to help with meeting fiscal and billing deadlines.
  • Uses professional concepts to apply organization policies and procedures to oversee a variety of ongoing administrative operational issues.
  • Analyzes and resolves operational problems of moderate scope.


  • Bachelor's degree in related area and / or equivalent experience / training.
  • Working knowledge of financial processes, policies and procedures. Ability to independently understand, analyze andinterpret complex financial data and written material, and effectively communicate the results to a variety of personnelat various levels.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Demonstrated skill to analyze, formulate solutions, andresolve problems in the absence of higher authorities while maintaining professional relationships.
  • Solid communication and interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with all levels of staff verbally and in writing.
  • Strong service orientation, and skills to communicate with tact, diplomacy along with clear information.
  • Solid organizational skills and ability to multi-task with demanding timeframes. Ability to adapt to changing priorities.
  • Ability to work independently, exercise good judgment, set priorities and organize activities. Ability to problem solve, using investigation/research skills and analytical skills to develop and implement creative solutions.
