Under direction of the Manager of ITSM, responsible for managing and maintaining the UC San Diego Health ServiceNow application for Information Services. Works with other UC San Diego Health departments to assess current state processes and tools to define ServiceNow requirements, and develop, configure and maintain the ServiceNow platform in order to support these requests. Responsible for the delivery of end-to-end solutions within ServiceNow, including architecting technical implementations of IT and business processes, and coordinating those efforts with IT Management and UCI SN administrators. Serve as the lead in loading, manipulating and maintaining data between ServiceNow and other systems.
- Nine (9) years or more of related experience, education/training combination of ServiceNow and applications development; OR a Bachelor’s Degree in related area plus five (5) years of related experience/training combination of ServiceNow and applications development.
- ServiceNow Administrator Certificate.
- Experience with REST API development.
- Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma and project management methodologies.
- Excellent project leadership and management skills.
- Experience in a healthcare environment.
- Must be able to work various hours and locations based on business needs.
- Employment is subject to a criminal background check and pre-employment physical.
