DESCRIPTION

Position reports to the Senior Director of Strategic Partnerships and works as part of a cross-functional team to develop and support strategic relationships. The incumbent will support the process of administering and managing clinical service agreements to comply with regulatory requirements and contractual obligations for affiliations for UC San Diego Health. The incumbent will be responsible to track, manage, update, distribute and enter all new and existing clinical service agreements, amendments, and addenda. The Contract Administrator will work closely with UCSD Health Legal, Compliance, Accounting and clinical department business owners to ensure that contracts are executed and updated in a timely, compliant, and courteous manner.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • Six (6) years of related experience, education/training with managing agreements and facilitating contracts process and establishing positive working relationships, OR a Bachelor’s degree in related area plus two (2) years of related experience/training with managing agreements and facilitating contracts process and establishing positive working relationships.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Detail oriented, enthusiasm for investigating and solving problems, strong verbal and written communication skills, ability to work independently, strong interpersonal skills to work effectively with all level of leadership.
  • Experience implementing new contract system.
  • Defining and implementing new processes.

SPECIAL CONDITIONS

  • Must be able to work various hours and locations based on business needs.
  • Employment is subject to a criminal background check and pre-employment physical.
